My new website….

I am pleased to be able to share with you my new site…. Cake Angel has grown steadily since my early days and has diversified into shortbread biscuits, celebration cakes, flapjacks, and my award-winning Absolute Fruit Cake, which I supply through my wonderful hub of stockists in and around West Sussex. There have been many exciting changes as my business flourished, but one thing remains the same – and that is to use traditional baking methods using high-quality ingredients, with a focus on local produce whenever possible.
